The work refers to the collapse of San Marco’s towerbell in the 1902. The ruins were partially thrown into the lagoon’s waters.
Black fabric stripes are installed on the wall and descend covering the floor, evoking the grade of the structure. Other tidily bent and overlapping pieces of fabric create a stock pile on the ground. This elements remind uso f the mountain of ruins formed after the dramatic event. On the installation some inscriptions appear: words composed by iron letters put on the fabric and on the wall, granting a narrative pause to the installation itself.
